摘要: Tellurium-containing photoresponsive polyelectrolyte multilayer films were fabricated by layer-by-layer assembly of a tellurium-containing polymer, photosensitizer, and poly(styrenesulfonate). The resulting investigated UV/vis spectroscopy, XPS, EPR, fluorescence spectroscopy. Under visible light, the photosensitizer in film is excited transforms triplet oxygen into singlet aqueous solution. Singlet oxidizes −Te– to high valence state (Te═O) on polymer backbone. generated group makes micelles more hydrophilic looser, thereby facilitating controlled release loaded cargo micelles. These results show that has potential be used for loading release, thus may provide new way combine photodynamic therapy chemotherapy.
