摘要: The microwave dielectric properties and the sintering behavior of commercial BaO-TiO/sub 2/-WO/sub 3/ dielectrics, N-35, with addition various glasses; (1) simple glass formers, (2) ZnO-B/sub 2/O/sub based, (3) B/sub 3/-SiO/sub 2/ based (4) Al/sub glasses were studied. Q N-35 sintered a system showed sudden drop in temperature to around 1000/spl deg/C. Results XRD, thermal analysis scanning electron microscopy suggest that chemical reaction between had larger effect on than density. A 5wt% when at 1200/spl deg/C, best properties, Q=8300 K=34.1 8.5 GHz, among Q, K density increased from 1000 effects amount added mixing method will be discussed.
