摘要: Introduction: Several methods of physical activities have been suggested to prevent diabetes. This study was done aimed at determining the effects 8-week intense interval training and combined strength-endurance on secreted protein acidic rich in cysteine (SPARC) levels women with type 2 Materials Methods: In this quasi-experimental study, 42 aged 45-60 diabetes fasting blood sugar exceeding 126 mg/dL were selected randomly assigned three groups, including SIT group (N =14), exercise control =14) who trained for 8 weeks. The Group did 3 times a week, 4-10 repetitions 30-second Wingate test ergometer maximum effort. took aerobic sessions week 60% heart rate per resistance taken 70% one repetition maximum. not any regular activity. SPARC measured using samples 24 hours before after periods. To analyze data determine differences among dependent t-test covariance used. Results: results showed that changes serum significant followed by (p=0.54), (p=0.92), (p=0.52) groups. comparison groups no difference them (p=0.537). Conclusion: present protocols had same factors related insulin resistance. Furthermore, these two equally effective improving SPARC. Thus, use can be similarly efficient
