At the present study, we found that lower expression ZNF545 specific in cancer (GC) tissues, inconsistently methylated levels promoter were tissues. In methylation-specific PCR (MSP) analysis cohort, GC patients with hypermethylated exhibited significantly shorter median OS than those unmethylated hypomethylated promoter. other also demonstrated three or more CpG sites associated poor survival by using bisulphite gene sequencing (BGS).
