Utilization benefit of cultivated land and land institution reforms: Economy, society and ecology

摘要: Abstract Food security is a condition related to the supply of food, and individuals' access it. Africa region with highest hunger prevalence in world number hungry people increasing. One most important reasons that utilization benefit cultivated land (UBCL) always lags behind other regions world. Based on definition UBCL associated decentralization, property rights marketization reforms, we develop theoretical framework for this study, which total divided into economic, social ecological UBCL. An index system then built evaluate different kinds examine relationship between these institution reforms. We find (1) failed reforms can lead low UBCL; (2) unsuccessful economic (3) paternalistic institutionalization has advantages but it not sustainable raising long run; (4) an unstable political environment hinder (5) successful have great potential According analysis, conclude farmers' enthusiasm be motivated by while further improving food production enhancing
