摘要: Abstract This study explores the use of precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC), an industrial by-product from carbon sequestration process for emitted CO2 factories, in cementless CaO-activated ground-granulated blast-furnace slag (GGBFS) system aim not only to improve strength but also develop more sustainable structural binder concrete. The 28-day improved with increasing PCC content up 20 wt%, and its highest showed ∼23% increase original sample without PCC. analysis revealed that was a simple inert filler, it might promote dissolution GGBFS, resulting higher additional formation reaction products. In particular, even 50 wt% yielded very similar compared at 28 days. Thus, this could be decent solution can store large amount significant reduction.
