摘要: In recent years, the biosolubilization of rock phosphates by phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms has become a major topic research studies. However, used in previous studies were mostly single and known species, seldom focused on mixed communities or microbial consortia from natural environments. this study, consortium rhizospheric soil was to solubilize two different compositions medium- low-grade — designated as ore samples 1 2 laboratory-scale bioreactor. The showed good growth bioreactor, reduced suspension pH released soluble ores. Scanning electron microscopy with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy action surface. There considerable corrosion surface, 3.42 4.93 percent element phosphorus removed 2, respectively. Microorganisms sampled bioreactor for analysis their community structures Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing. show that suspensions added had diversities richness. This study provides new insight into directly taken soils.
