摘要: Data entry is still one of the most challenging bottlenecks electronic patient record (EPR) use. Today's systems obviously neglect professionals' practices due to rigidity forms. For example, adding annotations not supported in a suitable way. The aim our study was understand physicians' and nurses' when recording information record. Based on findings, we outline use cases under which all identified can be subsumed. A system that implements these should show considerably improved acceptance among professionals.
