摘要: The membrane-free cytosol of pig brain contains glycolipid transfer protein (GL-TP), which in vitro facilitates the various glycosphingolipids and glyceroglycolipids between membranes. This has been purified to homogeneity from this source. GL-TP transfers glycolipids with a sglucosyl or s-galactosyl residue directly linked either ceramide diacylglycerol.
