摘要: Abstract An innovative process was optimized to recover Co from portable Lithium Ion Batteries (LIB). Pilot scale physical pretreatment performed electrodic powder LIB. extracted by a hydrometallurgical including the following main stages: leaching (by acid reducing conditions), primary purification precipitation of metal impurities), solvent extraction with D2EPHA (for removal Cyanex 272 separation cobalt nickel), recovery carbonate). Tests were separately identify optimal operating conditions for (pH 3.8 or 4.8), D2EHPA 3.8; Mn/D2EHPA = 4; 10% TBP; two sequential extractive steps) and Cyanex/Cobalt = 4, TBP, one step). The sequence stages finally obtain carbonate. Products different degree purity obtained depending on steps (precipitation without extraction). 95% achieved implementation final washing sodium removal.
