摘要: Abstract Preterm labor is the final common pathway after several potential insults to uterus or fetus. The preterm syndrome may be precipitated by different pathophysiologic events, including intrauterine infection, uterine ischemia, overdistention, hormonal disturbances, and other problems. Intrauterine infections (both clinically evident subclinical) are associated with increased amniotic fluid concentrations of proinflammatory cytokines, gestational tissues fetus sources these cytokines. In addition culture-proven there an “intrauterine inflammatory response syndrome” that could account for cases in which no infectious organism can identified. Because immunologic endocrinologic systems regulate each extensively, corticotropin-releasing hormone responses vice versa. cytokine interleukin 1 stimulates production hormone, turn regulates immune effector cells. maternal stress birth, abnormalities regulation cytokines a mechanism form basis this association.
