摘要: AIM: To investigate the morphological changes in process of heteroserum induced rat liver fibrosis and mechanism fibrogenesis this model. METHODS: A model heteroserum-induced was established by intraperitoneal injection porcine serum. In addition to observation model, infiltration eosinophils mast cells were measured quantitatively deposition IgG complement C3 detected immunofluorescence. RESULTS: The successfully at end 8th week after heteroserum. Besides increase hepatic stellate (HSC) during fibrosis, proliferation activation primary mesenchyma (PMCs) also found. early stage, significantly increased positive portal tracts septa, while gradually reduced stopped. CONCLUSIONS: This is suitable for research on fibrogenesis; pathogenesis may be related with allergen-induced late phasereaction (LPR) caused heteroserum, HSCs PMCs are important sources ECM-producing cells.
