Les variables associées à l’attitude du personnel enseignant du secteur collégial vis-à-vis des étudiantes et étudiants présentant un trouble de santé mentale

摘要: Dans cet article, nous traitons des variables associees a l’attitude du personnel enseignant l’egard d’etudiantes et etudiants presentant un trouble de sante mentale (TSM) frequentant seize cegeps au Quebec. Ces regroupent le sexe, l’âge, l’experience en enseignement la source connaissances sur les TSM. Le questionnaire evaluant est constitue d’echelles Student Mental Illness Awareness Survey trois echelles construites par l’equipe recherche. Les resultats obtenus aupres 232 enseignantes enseignants sont presentes. Des analyses variance univariees tests posteriori ont ete realisees. Certaines une attitude plus positive ces etudiantes etudiants : etre femme, jeune, mais aussi enseigner depuis longtemps avoir acquis TSM lors d’une formation universitaire ou milieu travail. En contrepartie, l’acquisition l’intermediaire medias associee negative. travaux appuient l’efficacite formations visant ameliorer ayant ainsi faciliter leur parcours scolaire. eclairent l’effet potentiellement negatif attitudes. Nous proposons deux strategies etudiees chez d’autres populations afin contrebalancer effet.
