摘要: In der potentiell kurativen Situation ist das Ziel supportiven Therapie im wesentlichen die Abschwachung bzw. Verhinderung durch Strahlen- und/oder Chemotherapie induzierten Morbiditat. Hier kommen typischerweise Antiemetika, Wachstumsfaktoren, Blutbestandteile und Antiinfektiosa zur Anwendung. palliativen oft zunachst noch eine kausalpalliative moglich, an den Tumormanifestationen angreift, z. B. second- oder third-line-Chemotherapie palliative Bestrahlung.
