Method and system for parallelizing database requests

摘要: Methods and systems are described for applying the use of shards within a single memory address space. A database request is processed by providing from client to processor, processor then distributing multiple threads process but executing in shared environment, wherein each thread performs on distinct shard, aggregating results being aggregated returning final result client. By parallelizing operations this way, response time can be reduced total amount communication overhead reduced.
