摘要: We present a first statistical study of subproton and electron scales turbulence in the terrestrial magnetosheath using Cluster Search Coil Magnetometer (SCM) waveforms STAFF instrument measured frequency range [1,180] Hz. It is found that clear spectral breaks exist near scale, which separate two power-law like bands referred to as dispersive dissipation ranges. The frequencies f_b are shown be well correlated with gyroscale \rho_e rather than inertial length de. distribution slopes below fb was narrow peaks -2.9, while above broader, -5.2 has values low -7.5. This time such steep spectra reported space plasma turbulence. These observations provide strong constraints on theoretical modeling kinetic collisionless magnetized plasmas.
