摘要: Pesticide by-products found in soil are usually more toxic and persistent than the pesticides themselves. For example, Endosulfan lactone (EL) (a by-product of organochloride pesticide endosulfan). EL is created by enzymatic activity (and related oxidative processes) microorganisms soil. A sustainable method removal introduction Eisenia fetida earthworm. In this paper, it will be demonstrated impact vermicomposting process to earthworm on measuring initial final concentrations compound overall sterile non-sterile solid substrate over 56 days. As a baseline, observed there were higher removals (90.86%) at day 5 (83.86%) 14. samples with fetida, presence was 36%, however only 18% 1 7, maximum enzyme 0.4659 mmol/mg protein per min 7. The evidence study suggests that when present influence from earthworm, increases removal.
