摘要: Inquiring into transaction costs economics’ (TCE) definition of uncertainty has been pushed by insights the organisation activities, as they are observed for example in advertising agencies when producing campaigns. A curiosity over reasoning theory regarding hybrid governance structures’ ability to cope with uncertainty, and thus their “survivability”, elicited an examination Williamson’s uncertainty. It is argued that TCE’s centre on outcomes economic processes, rather than processes competence development a detailed study coordination production, makes it difficult TCE reveal potentials can be some forms structures, is, interfirm project organisation. The production process proposed capable handling, implies there must exceptions hybrids’ survivability relative firm market will hold true. Where artistic creative elements crucial such found among others advertising, but also other industries, activities required. Situations where requiring flexibly used resources, experienced which not embraced Williamson’ conclusion may reversed: organisation, perform better under conditions.
