DC-SQUID Magnetization Measurements of Single Magnetic Particles

摘要: We present the first magnetization measurements of single submicronic particles at very low temperature made either Ni, Co, CoZrMoNi or TbFe. As detector we use a micro-bridge-DC-SQUID deposited onto next to sample. Sample and are patterned by electron-beam lithography. The dynamics dependence reversal is studied in view Macroscopic Quantum Tunneling (MQT).
