摘要: Growing large while staying small is the motto of young innovative software house, Topicus. Topicus implemented this through separating its organizations when they become too large, by use spin-offs. very successful with organizational strategy. It has grown from two until nearly 75 employees and produced three spin-offs in eight years time. This success not only realized organizational strategy, Topicus also developed a product strategy. strategy focused on becoming network integrator, developing application services for all actors in specific sector. Nevertheless, both strategies are explicitly designed growth. In addition, these strategies are different other houses some problems arise when combining both. research therefore examines and improves it where possible. This investigation starts creation theoretical background that explains the strategies’ Literature shows spinning-off: personnel very motivated, an entrepreneurial climate developed, flexible structure is created, efficient way entering immature markets.
