摘要: Coated vesicles provide a major mechanism for the transport of proteins through endomembrane system plants. Transport between endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi involves with COPI COPII coats, whereas clathrin is predominant coat in endocytosis post-Golgi trafficking. Sorting cargo, assembly, budding, fission are all complex tightly regulated processes that involve many proteins. The mechanisms responsible factors largely conserved eukaryotes, increasing organismal complexity tends to be associated greater numbers individual family members. Among key class ENTH/ANTH/VHS domain-containing proteins, which link membrane subdomains, clathrin, other adapter involved early steps coated vesicle formation. More than 30 Arabidopsis thaliana contain this domain, but their generally low sequence conservation has made functional classification difficult. Reports from last two years have greatly expanded our knowledge these suggest domain various instances clathrin-related trafficking This review aims summarize new findings discuss broader context clathrin-dependent plant vesicular transport.
