摘要: The authors describe an electrochemical method for the determination of blood clotting factor IX (FIX). A nanogapped dielectrode (with a < 100 nm junction) was modified with antibody against FIX, and resulting system characterized by both impedance spectroscopy voltammetry. In order to attain improved sensitivity, gold nanoparticles were electrostatically attached FIX. current voltage (I-V) measurement carried out from 1 V 5 V, where entire calibration plot 5 V taken. This results in a limit detection as low 1 pM, which is much lower compared real concentration FIX (87 nM) human serum. analytical range extends pM 0.1 μM. electrode highly specific over other serum proteins.
