摘要: We propose an analytical framework able to investigate discussions about polarized topics in online social networks from many different angles. The supports the analysis of along several dimensions: time, space and sentiment. show that proposed methodology can be used mine knowledge perception complex phenomena. selected refugee crisis over Twitter as case study.
