摘要: Three separate collections were made in southern England of Phanerochaete magnoliae forming hydnoid hymenial surfaces through the tubes Datronia mollis basidiomes. Isolates P. exhibited unusual patterns development and interaction with other fungi. Germinating basidiospores produced an extensive, sparsely branched, rapidly extending fully coenocytic mycelial phase a low fractal dimension. This was followed by events septation, lateral branching, anastomosis, hymenium formation autolysis strongly ordered ontogenetic sequence. These correlated changes constitutive inducible laccase tyrosinase activity. also had non-outcrossing breeding strategy able specifically to replace colonies D. without producing dense invasive mycelium.
