摘要: To assess the fate and behavior of engineered nanoparticles in environment, it is important to examine physicochemical toxicological transformation as they age seawater. In this study, we investigated how aging seawater conditions altered physiochemical structure affected their interactions with bacteria. For purpose, zinc oxide were aged under different by keeping them 1%, 10%, 100% for 1 day 20 days. The main parameters (surface chemistry, chemical composition, particle size, zeta potential) toxicity towards gram-negative Pseudomonas aeruginosa gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus examined. results indicated that various concentrations changed surface potentials. Growth inhibition observed (Pseudomonas aeruginosa) bacteria was higher compared (Staphylococcus aureus) bacteria, activated nanoparticles. Also, showed key biochemical factors concentration.
