摘要: Targeted radiotherapy is a potentially useful treatment for some cancers and may be potentiated by bystander effects. However, without estimation of absorbed dose, it difficult to compare the effects with conventional external radiation treatment. Methods: Using Vynckier – Wambersie dose point kernel, model rate evaluation was created allowing calculation values two cell lines transfected noradrenaline transporter (NAT) gene treated [131I]MIBG. Results: The mean doses required decrease surviving fractions UVW/NAT EJ138/NAT cells, which received medium from [131I]MIBG-treated 25 30% were 1.6 1.7 Gy respectively. maximum rates achieved during [131I]MIBG 0.09 0.75 Gy/h 0.07 0.78 EJ138/NAT. These significantly lower than beam gamma 15 Gy/h. In case control incapable uptake following radiopharmaceutical 0.03 0.23 UVW 0.32 EJ138. Conclusion: ICCM production elicited dose-response profile similar that generated irradiation but greater death.
