摘要: The ability of uremic lymphocytes to respond antigens was examined. We have found that (1) unfractionated lymph node cells is severely diminished when compared the response control cells; (2) Uremic macrophages are defective in their present antigen T (3) Treatment splenic with monoclonal anti-Ia antibodies diminishes these macrophages' antigen, while so treated show little change already accessory cell function; and (4) macrophage population has more small less Ia determinants per than do as determined by cytofluorographic analysis. percentage Ia+ similar rats. It appears due inability cells. This may play a role increased rate infections seen patients.
