摘要: Abstract The effects of turbulence promotion and flux enhancement for ultrafiltration in a zigzag spacer-filled cross-flow channel were tested experimentally feed solutions containing dextran, silica reconstituted whey protein concentrate. For velocities between 0.1 0.8 m/s, the achieved enhancements over empty up to three times dextran ultrafiltration. Flux two measured spacer was operating upper transition fluid mechanics region. Processing costs reduced by 60% per unit volume permeate 35%
