摘要: Despite extensive work on fluorescence behavior stemming from color centers of diamond, reports the excitation-dependent nanodiamonds (NDs) with a large-scale redshift 400 to 620 nm under different excitation wavelengths are so far much fewer, especially in biological applications. The can be attributed combined effects fraction sp2-hybridized carbon atoms among surface fine diamond nanoparticles and defect energy trapping states diamond. fluorescent NDs have been applied plant cell imaging for first time. results reported this paper may provide promising route multiple-color bioimaging using NDs.
