Preparation and Luminescence Properties of Gd2MoO6 : Eu3 + Nanofibers and Nanobelts by Electrospinning

摘要: Gd2MoO6:Eu3+ nanofibers and nanobelts have been prepared by a combination method of the sol-gel process electrospinning. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), high resolution microscopy, photoluminescence, low voltage cathodoluminescence as well kinetic decays were used to characterize resulting samples. The results XRD FTIR indicate that samples crystallized at 600 degrees C with monoclinic (alpha) structure. SEM TEM as-formed precursor fibers belts are uniform as-prepared consist nanoparticles. phosphors show their strong characteristic emission under UV excitation (353 nm) electron-beam (3 kV), making materials potential applications in fluorescent lamps field-emission displays.
