Composition dependence of phase structure and electrical properties in lead-free (1-x)(K0.42Na0.585)(Nb1−ySby)O3-xBi0.5K0.5ZrO3 piezoceramics

摘要: Abstract Lead-free (1- x )(K 0.42 Na 0.585 )(Nb 1− y Sb )O 3 - Bi 0.5 K ZrO piezoceramics have been synthesized by a conventional solid state sintering method, and the R-T phase boundaries formed in composition range of 0.04 ≤   ≤ 0.05 (  = 0.038) 0.03 ≤   ≤ 0.06  = 0.04). A large d 33 415 pC/N together with considerably high T C 250 °C has observed ceramics  = 0.04  = 0.038. In addition, we find that ferroelectric dielectric properties can also be promoted due to R–T boundary as well excessive content. As result, doping BKZ significantly affect structure electrical ceramics, indicating )KNN S material system is promising candidate future.
