摘要: L’evaluation des traitements est un enjeu de plus en important cancerologie, qu’il s’agisse l’evaluation nouveaux ou du monitoring individuel d’un patient. Les criteres utilises actuellement sont morphologiques, bases sur l’evolution la tailledeslesions, telsque les RECIST. Mais variations tailles retardees, et avec cibles tels que antiangiogeniques, elles faibles. Cela implique l’utilisation larges cohortes pour mettre evidence l’efficacite traitement rend difficile le individuel. L’utilisation techniques d’imagerie fonctionnelle, scanner, IRM, echographie tomographie par emission positrons (TEP), apporte espoirs. parametres obtenus grâce a ces techniques(perfusion, permeabilite, diffusion, metabolisme, composition, elasticite) modifies precocement traitements. Ces fonctionnels pourraient devenir biomarqueurs suivi etudes ayant demontre leur utilite preliminaires, il reste standardiser d’acquisition evaluer large echelle, fonction situations cliniques, quels adaptes.
