摘要: The purpose of this study was to determine the sensitivity, specificity and predictive values hyperecho in grayscale ultrasonic images as indicator tissue necrosis microbubble-assisted high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) exposure vivo. Livers kidneys rabbit were exposed HIFU (control group) or (experimental group); a continuous line ablation, viz. linear scan, performed destruct tissues. Tissue responses evaluated macroscopically microscopically 24 h after HIFU. cases positive (hyperecho occurred necrotized), false (tissue unaffected although appeared), negative (echo not changed intact) destructed despite lack hyperecho) counted, then calculated. specificity, value 49.25% vs. 79.63% (p < 0.001), 45.45% 30.00%, 84.62% 86.00% 12.82% 21.43% for liver 76.06% 81.25%, 26.53% 41.67%, 60.00% 82.28% = 0.002) 43.33% 40.00% kidney, control experimental groups, respectively. Rates varied between types group. These findings indicated that use microbubble during improved sensitivity kidney. poor. Hyperecho could only be used some types.
