摘要: Structural and functional images of the brain play an important role as powerful adjuncts in management increasing number neurologic psychiatric diseases. Brain SPECT, particular, with perfusion agents or neuroreceptor imaging radiopharmaceuticals, is rapidly becoming a clinical tool many places. For conditions, this modality has been used diagnosis, prognosis assessment, evaluation response to therapy, risk stratification, detection benign malignant viable tissue, choice medical surgical therapy. The importance technique nuclear medicine today should not be overlooked, particularly cerebrovascular diseases, dementias, epilepsy, head injury, tumors, movement disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, Gilles de la Tourette's syndrome, schizophrenia, depression, panic drug abuse.
