摘要: Recent trends in mobile cellular networks turn towards deployment of Small Cell Networks (SCNs), where, the cell size gets smaller, and thus number subscribers served a will be relatively such that traffic models with finite source should considered. Most works dealing Call Admission Control (CAC) problems based on guard channels scheme consider without retrials (reapeted calls phenomenon). However, almost all existing which take into account retrial infinite population multi-servers queueing model, for analytical solution is not available. In this paper, we propose use Generalized Stochastic Petri Nets (GSPNs) formalism as novel alternative investigate new CAC strategy policy fresh handover generated by subscribers, prioritization adopting borrowing concept, operating SCNs. Performance evaluation shows our approach more efficient compared basic channel better blocking probability, especially low medium rates.
