摘要: Though a mouse.human-human heterohybridoma, N12-16.63, secreting an antitetanus toxoid human monoclonal antibody grew well in serum-free medium, its high producing subclone N12-69 required SSGF-I, low density lipoprotein (LDL) from swine serum, or human-LDL (h-LDL) for growth. The growth-promoting action of SSGF-I was caused by lipid fraction, and could be replaced completely with cholesterol the presence bovine serum albumin (BSA). Thus, cell line is auxotroph heterohybridoma. cells express both mouse LDL receptors on surface ratio 1:4. bound to same binding affinity, h-LDL also take up receptors, though affinity constant 1.5 times stronger than that h-LDL. growth inhibited addition dextran sulfate, which known inhibit containing medium but not at all when sulfate added supplemented BSA. Furthermore, anti-human receptor partially medium. These findings suggest biologically active their surfaces taken utilized as source
