摘要: Intrinsic or acquired resistance to chemotherapeutic agents is a common phenomenon and major challenge in the treatment of cancer patients. Chemoresistance defined by complex network factors including multi-drug proteins, reduced cellular uptake drug, enhanced DNA repair, intracellular drug inactivation, evasion apoptosis. Pre-clinical models have demonstrated that many chemotherapy drugs, such as platinum-based agents, antracyclines, taxanes, promote activation NF-κB pathway. key transcription factor, playing role development progression chemoresistance through multitude mediators anti-apoptotic genes. Consequently, has emerged promising anti-cancer target. Here, we describe in the resistance, particularly cisplatin. Additionally, potential benefits disadvantages targeting signaling pharmacological intervention will be addressed.
