摘要: This work presents a very new look at folate targeting and is focused on synthesizing assessing the biological activity of folic acid-targeted drug delivery materials based β-cyclodextrin. Both acid β-cyclodextrin have been covalently conjugated to branched polyethylenimine as polymeric vector. Host-guest inclusion into cavity, demonstrated by means spectroscopic methods (2-D NMR, IR, UV-Vis), found be crucial importance for nanotherapeutics. paper describes first example versatile synthetic approach create biosystems, where not limited phenomenon. Cytotoxicity obtained against Lewis lung carcinoma cells determined neutral red uptake assay. Folate receptor-binding studies reveal that developed enables full exploitation potential ligand.
