摘要: We report on the experimental investigation of a non-linear (NL) Co-Planar Waveguide (CPW) fabricated by means ferroelectric film. In contrast to conventional NL-CPW, periodically loaded lumped varactors, tunable material is fully distributed along propagation direction and transmission line does not intrinsically exhibit Bragg cutoff. The demonstration carried out 160 nm-thick Pb0.4Sr0.6TiO3 film voltage-controlled via 1 μm-slot CPW line. first stage, complex dielectric constant has been retrieved from scattering parameters measurements up 60 GHz for bias voltage ranging 0 30 V. High performances in terms tunability have found relative permittivity change under 30 V as high 60% overall frequency band. Subsequently, was used second third harmonics generation fundamental at centimeter wavelengths. While low dc-voltage, harmonic dominant, it main rank 2 higher dc agreement with symmetry properties C(V) characteristics.
