摘要: Abstract A TiO2 multilayer was investigated to be a low cost and high protection efficiency for carbon steel in simulated seawater. This study applied group theory crystalline materials combination with DFT + U simulation predict Raman spectra of – anatase rutile phases. The were used as peak-search-match reference experimental spectra. It also indicated that the coatings produced out polycrystalline structures including phases large grain sizes boundaries. Furthermore, electrochemical measurements potentiodynamic polarization impedance spectroscopy 1–8 layers performed reveal anticorrosion properties optimal values pointed out. Based on those results, mechanism coating suggested manuscript.
