摘要: AbstractObjectives and Methods: The literature on prevention therapy of urinary tract infection (UTI) in patients with spinal cord injury (SCI) was reviewed using 3 levels evidence. Results: Antibiotic is only indicated symptomatic bacteriuria or exacerbations chronic UTI. During the acute phase a SCI, UTI’s are more prevalent bacteria different resistant to antibiotics compared SCI. In SCI general, routine screening urine cultures not valuable as high species turn over seen.
