摘要: AbstractObjectives and Methods: The literature on prevention therapy of urinary tract infection (UTI) in patients with spinal cord injury (SCI) was reviewed using 3 levels evidence. Results: Antibiotic is only indicated symptomatic bacteriuria or exacerbations chronic UTI. During the acute phase a SCI, UTI’s are more prevalent bacteria different resistant to antibiotics compared SCI. In SCI general, routine screening urine cultures not valuable as high species turn over seen. Intermittent catheterisation, tapping Crede manoeuvre coincide significantly lower frequency UTI permanent catheter drainage.
