摘要: In adult persons the narcoleptic syndrome consists of narcolepsy proper, cataplexy, sleep paralysis and hypnagogic hallucinations. The characteristics these phenomena are discussed. disease is not often recognized in children, although anamnestic evidence suggests that majority patients onset disorder childhood or adolescence. Data presented concerning 16 children whom was evident. Problems diagnosis reviewed common pitfalls misinterpretations use analeptic drugs for treatment outlined.
