摘要: Abstract Aim The objective of this study is to assess the effects Heavy Episodic Drinking (HED) on incidence alcohol-related injuries among university students in Spain, taking sex into consideration. Methods We carried out an open cohort college Spain (992 women and 371 men). HED were measured by question 3rd 9th Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test every participant at ages 18, 20, 22, 24 27. For data analysis we used a Multilevel Logistic Regression for repeated measures adjusting alcohol cannabis use. Results rate was 0.028 year−1 females 0.036 year−1 males. multivariate showed that high frequency use are risk factors (Odds Ratio [OR] = 2.64 OR = 3.68), while being more than 23 protective factor (OR = 0.34). males, bivariate also like (OR = 4.69 OR = 2.51). Finally, population attributable fraction 37.12%. Conclusions leads increase both sexes over years old acts as women. Our results suggest about one third could be avoided removing HED.
