摘要: Dupuytren's contracture, a proliferative disease of unknown origin, is characterized by an abnormal fibroblast proliferation process. Evidence from numerous microRNA (miRNA) studies shows that miRNAs have vital function in many biological processes, for instance, cellular signaling networks, cell growth, tissue differentiation, and proliferation. Our aim was to characterize, our knowledge the first time, miRNA-expression profile contracture. The identified may pathogenesis contracture targeting regulating important pathways. We compared 29 patients with control samples (fibroblast cells palmar fascia). Some samples, including miR-29c, miR-130b, miR-101, miR-30b, miR-140-3p, were found regulate genes related β-catenin pathway: WNT5A, ZIC1, TGFB1. Expression profiles these reanalyzed published gene-expression data similar patient material correlated miRNA results. Analysis also performed groups recurrent/non-recurrent hereditary/non-hereditary but no significant differences appeared groups. Identification unique expression lead development novel molecular therapy its treatment.
