摘要: Abstract A complete solid solution between relaxor ferroelectric Pb(Fe 2/3 W 1/3 )O 3 (PFW) and PbTiO (PT), (1− x )PFW– PT, was synthesized by a B -site precursor method characterized X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry, dielectric measurements. phase diagram PFW PT has been established. The diffuse transition temperature (T max ≈180 K) of found to continuously increase with the increasing amount Ti 4+ ions on -site. At same time, behavior is gradually transformed toward normal state, as evidenced sharp nondispersive peaks permittivity around T C for ≥0.25. room temperature, from cubic tetragonal takes place increased up 0.25. morphotropic boundary located within composition interval 0.25≤ ≤0.35, which separates pseudocubic (rhombohedral) phase.
