摘要: Various components including wave scattering, passage, and site amplification effects cause the ground motion to vary spatially. The spatially varying can significantly influence dynamic response of longitudinal structures such as bridges tunnels. While its effect on has been extensively studied, there is a lack study underground This paper develops new procedure for simulating tunnel under motion. utilizes displacement profile, which developed from variable time histories. profile used perform series pseudo-static three-dimensional finite-element analyses. Results analyses show that causes bending induce substantial axial stress lining. be significant at boundaries properties change in direction.
