摘要: Chemiluminescence is the release of light produced by a chemical reaction from particular chemically excited molecules as result transition an electronically state to lower energy state, usually ground state. This phenomenon has provided biologist with unique analytical tool in various techniques which small amounts analytes can be detected and quantified measurement emitted chemiluminescent reactions (Martin et al. 1995, Lorimier 1996, Erhardt Girotti Kricka LJ 1998, Ross 1999; Guerasimova Roda 1999). In last few years, it been demonstrated that detection systems combine use enzyme substrate converted lightemitting product, have highest potential sensitivity; moreover give precise accurate quantitative results since luminescent signal intensity proportional concentration present (Lamarcq 1995).
