摘要: Abstract A high performance liquid chromatographic assay was developed and validated for a simultaneous determination of adriamycin its metabolites adriamycinol adriamycinone as well daunomycin in plasma. Acetonitrile trichloroacetic acid were employed removing proteins extracting the drugs into supernatant HPLC. Enhancement chemical stability anthracyclines during sampling procedure investigated using 0.01 M γ-cyclodextrin. The processed samples chromatographed an ODS/TM column (150 × 4.6 mm I.D.) eluted with mobile phase composed 35% acetonitrile 65% (0.1M) monobasic phosphate, containing 0.3% heptafluorobutyric acid, pH 3. detection performed fluorimetrically at emission excitation wavelengths 555 460 nm, respectively. described method could be directly applied analysis tested human urine without sample pretreatment.
