摘要: There are described N-ethylglycine derivatives of the formula I (see I) in which PG is a urethane-type or trityl-type amino protective group labile to weak acids, X NH, O S, Y CH2, NH O, and B' bases customary nucleotide chemistry, exocyclic hydroxyl groups being protected by suitable, known groups, base substitute compounds, their salts with tert-organic bases, as well process for preparation. The used preparation PNA PNA/DNA hybrids.
