摘要: Abstract Prostaglandin (PG) E 1 , PGE 2 and PGF 2α inhibit the release of enzymes from lysosomes rat pancreas, spleen kidney cortex in vitro . High concentrations accelerate lysosomal enzymes. Theophylline, papaverine adenosine 5'-tri-phosphate each potentiate inhibition by reduce acceleration enzyme release. The dibutyryl analog cyclic 3', 5'-adenosine monophosphate inhibits, whereas 5'-guanosine accelerates data suggest that might be mediated monophosphate.
